The luck of the Irish was with us at La Rosa Gardens this week. Residents had a blast playing “Lucky Bingo”, Making a Leprechaun with the staff, St. Patrick’s Day coin toss, dice game and potato bowling. Winners of our games each received a pot of gold chocolates. Residents got to enjoy cheese and spinach cannelloni’s covered with marinara sauce, garlic bread and spinach salad. Dessert consisted of a vanilla cupcake decorated with green icing and chocolate flakes.
