At La Rosa Gardens we believe staying active is an important part of healthy living. Our weekly exercise classes are designed to support mobility, balance, and overall well being – while making fitness enjoyable and social. Drum Fit class – Mondays. Tai Chi class – Wednesdays – Stretching Class – Fridays.
These programs are open to all residents and tailored to all ability levels. Whether it’s gentle movement, mindful practice, or upbeat rhythm, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
